Rio Link Value Questions

These are the notes from the January 2006 Leader Link meetings. We talked about Value questions and asking these questions everyday. All of us as servant-leaders need to be reminded of the purposes that we are called to lead our groups to follow. Rio link values need to be lifted up every week. Put these in a prominent place in your office, bathroom, front door, whatever. Let them remind you of what we are all about.

Rio Link Value Questions:

(AW) Seeking God: What does God want to do with/in/through my Rio Link?

(ES) Serving: How can I help my Rio Link discover their gifts and use them to serve the body?

(TT) Transforming: Are we becoming people like Jesus?

(CC) Connecting: How can I connect people in deep authentic relationships?

(OM) Extending: How can I extend the grace of God and authentic biblical community to others?
