Chapter Four
Summary
In this chapter Solomon considers the vanity (emptiness) of skillful work, isolation,
and popularity. He also states the value of friendship and working together
verses 4-6
Laziness vs workaholic - both are foolish and irresponsible
The vanity (emptiness) of toil and skillful work breeds envy in others.
Work hard but with moderation - God gives out assignments and rewards, not us.
verses 9-12 value of friendship
Life is designed for companionship. Appreciate the value of friendship and working
as a team. Remember, we are here to serve God and others. BE A TEAM MEMBER
A threefold cord is not easily broken

People seek recognition for their works/accomplishments but people change quickly.
Popularity is short lived. Therefor, seek Gods approval - HIS LOVE NEVER CHANGES
